My Problem
I have created a way for individuals in the company to request for access to applications by using a custom field called 'Applications' in which they select the application by name (i.e., SFDC, Netsuite, Zuora, Dropbox, Box, etc.). A singular ticket is required per application.
Over time the user should have multiple 'Applications' that they have access to, which should theoretically be equate to all the approved and fulfilled tickets where they've submitted application access requests.
For de-provisioning, is there a way to utilize this data and automate a workflow to the admins of these applications to de-provision their individual accounts to these applications?
