How to auto transition and auto assign issue whenever user add attachments through service desk port

We are using service desk project. User has created issue and user needs to add attachment/documents for approval through service desk portal. Whenever user add the attachments through portal, issue has to transition and auto assign to approver. Screen Shot.PNG

You can use the "Automation for jira" Add on to look for changes in the attachment field, and transition the issue if there are any.

Shaik,

 

Normally adding an attachment in the portal will also create a customer comment.

This means you can just use jira automation with the trigger commented to change the status.
