How to add text to a previously populated field using Jira Service Desk Automation?

We want to allow our customer to input their own unique value in the Summary field of a request while also capturing the "character" of the request by adding the Request Type value to the customer's input. This would work something like so -

Customer opens a Get Info request and types, "Please tell me about your services" in the Summary field.

Jira Service Desk automagically converts the Summary field content to read, "Get Info - Please tell me about your services".

I've thought about doing this as an Automation rule but am stuck on how to craft the THEN condition. Any ideas?

@Wallace Edwards would this rule work for you?.

The caveat is that if you have someone that says " Please tell me about your service I'm really interested in your lead time" it will cut the text to "Get Info - Please tell me about your services" and that you have to have a rule for each issue type.

What are you trying to accomplish?

Cheers,

Thanks for the suggestion, Radu. Unfortunately, we're expecting the customer input (the "Please tell me about your services" part) to be variable - we have no way of knowing what they'll type, so what I'm really looking for is a way to reference it in the rule as a variable.
