Hi I would like my customers to have the possibility to fill out a request and type in labels. I have created custom fields of the label type and this works fine when somebody who already has an account tries to raise the request, but for an external customer, these fields don't show up. Is there a way to show these fields for external customers?

In the JSD project, you should go to project settings > request types > edit fields > request form > add a field > labels.
Now users can create labels if they have an account on your servicedesk. If they do not have an account they (or you) need to create one. Without an account you can't create new labels.
