How to add announcement to spesific groups on JIRA ?

How can I add announcement to spesific group on JIRA ? I want to add spesific group. any plug in or script? we have two chanse. public and private. these are not using.

Hey Henry,

There are not many options for this, but I did find an Add-On that seems to add flexibility to Announcement Banners here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211928/announcer-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview

It is only valid for DC and Server, so if you are using Cloud I'm not sure if this would be applicable for you.
