My project has 3 custommers
John, Joseph and Alexander.
1 - When John start a new issue, i need Joseph and Alexander can search this issue on portal...
They don't need to receive any notifications or be add on the first issue...
2 - When Joseph open a new issue, John need to see it but dont follow...
I tried with new version and classic version.
And hint ?

For customers to see tickets created by other customers, they need to be added as participants. Also, if all customers are part of an organization, the customer that is creating the ticket, can share with the org instead of adding other customers one by one.
So, the first option is that after John creates a ticket, they click on Share and add Joseph and Alexander.
Note: To allow customers to share tickets, go to Project settings > Customer permissions (or Channels > Customer permissions for next-gen) > Who can customers share requests with? > Any customer or organization > Save.
The second option is to create an Organization and add them, so when creating a ticket, John will have the option to create a private request or share with the organization, which will give permission to Joseph and Alexander to see the ticket in the portal.
Regarding the notification: When someone is added as participants, they will receive notification and they need to go to the portal to disable that.
If the organization is added, the members of the organization will receive just the first notification informing that it was shared and then, if they want to receive future notifications, they need to go to the portal and enable that.
