How to Create a Customer Satisfaction report/script

How to Create a Customer Satisfaction report/script to display completed issues within a certain project - within a certain time frame - and display the Satisfaction score and Satisfaction Comment. I tried using a filter - but the Satisfaction comment field is not available. I think it's only available in ScriptRunner which I do not have great experience in - but was wondering if anyone else out there has come across this issue.

The built-in report within Jira Service Desk is not good enough as we like to be able to manipulate the data.

Hi Jason,

Sorry to hear that the built in reporting options are not meeting your needs here.  Perhaps there already exists a 3rd party solution in our marketplace that can help provide more options here.  Have you see the plugin Ovyka Satisfaction for Jira?

While I have not personally used this plugin for Service Desk, it appears to have filtering and reporting options that I think you might be looking for here.

Thanks Andrew.

I've downloaded that plugin and currently testing it to see if it will suit our needs. This will also allow us to send out more than one question for each survey.
