Is it possible to bold the queue name in JIRA Service Desk cloud?

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Currently, it's not possible to edit the format of the text in Jira sidebar or any other menu.
I've searched for feature requests but also didn't find anything that could help us.
Can you please give us more details about why do you need to change the text format?
Then, we can check if there is a workaround or we can open a feature request suggesting this.
