How do you embed a confluence page on a jira request form?

Karissa February 1, 2019

Using the request portal we have an attachment field for most requests. We would love to have a standard project scope template in confluence that our customers can fill out and then upload to the request portal, but we want it accessible directly from the portal. any way to do this?

Hello Karissa,

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
The integration between Confluence and Jira Service Desk is limited for providing customers access to articles from the specific space that is linked to the project.

As a workaround for this feature that you need, you can create a file on Google Docs, for example, and add the link for download on the "Introduction text" on the customer portal, add the field Attachment as required and add a message for the customer to download the file to fill it and to attach.

Regards,
Angélica
