How do you configure an SLA based on Urgency

I tried to configure some examples within Jira and it accepted the condition under the SLA settings: Screen Shot 2021-02-24 at 3.53.38 PM.png

Welcome to community! It seems you've configured your goals and set up the filters for your SLA. What you should do next is set up conditions on how those times will be measured and what action you want the SLA to perform when met.
