How do we give access to a customer who is acquiring other customers to view their tickets?

We have a number of customers that are being bought out by larger customers, these smaller ones still trade independently, however the new owners now would like to be able to see all the tickets in one place for all the customers they have acquired, is this possible?

If you put all of the customers under the same Organization, then users in that organization can see all of the other tickets.
