How do i configure outbound notifications?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Inbound emails are working properly and opening service requests.  However none of the outbound replies are working when responding to tickets.  We do get emailed when a ticket is opened just not from agent replies.  what am I missing?

@David Borden, welcome to the Community. You configure who gets notifications in two places for JSD:

  • Customer: project > project settings > customer notifications
  • Agents and other JSD licensed users: project > project settings > notifications

Thank you.  Read through but and we have incomin email opening tickets correctly but for some reason no outbound notifications are being recieved by customers even though the toggles are turned on.

please share the following so I can assist further:

  1. cloud or server instance?
  2. is it your Customers, agents or both that are not receiving notifications?
  3. when (what actions) do you want notifications and more importantly when do you not want them?
  4. screenshots of both Customer Notifications and Notifications for the project in question.
