How do I setup a group email account to notify agents when a customer logs a request

I want to send a email to the agents when a customer raises a request via e-mail

Hi @Fakhrie Adams 

You can create an agent with a distributed list for the email address.

Go to JIRA Automation and add when issue created, notify the agent User created above.

JIRA should send an email to the user and the mail server reroutes the email to the various users.

Alternatively, you can always add specific agents to your automation to receive the email when issue is created.
