Good Morning. I am looking to setup Jira Service Desk to send the historical comments/logged work in a response to the client and vice versa. I setup the mail handler and they are not showing up.
Please advise.
I don't know of a way to do this in the current versions of Jira Service Desk. There is an existing feature request for this over in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-5228
I would recommend watching/voting on that issue. Should there be an update on how this can be done or some other work-around, it is likely it would be added to that ticket in the comments.
