How do I set up a calendar to send alerts when the plans are finished?

Greetings to all.

I'm trying to find a way to schedule calendar notifications automatically. I want a shared calendar for all of my projects so that I can get notifications when plans are ready to expire. The notifications might read, "Project XXX - contract expiring in 15 days." for example.

Do you have any knowledge of programmes that can assist with this? Is it possible to accomplish this within Jira's own calendar instead? If so, is it possible to create events without first generating a problem? I now have a test download ppt notice set up for today, but it won't show up in the calendar unless it's associated with a task.

You don't need a calendar for that, but write a query with JQL and then add a Subscription to it to send the email.
