I was trying to generate a Word Cloud and accidently signed up for this thinking it was what I needed. It isn't, I don't even know what it does. It will not let me delete my account. It says user is last contact for billing. I do not want this account. Everytime deleting my account is made difficult, it makes me dislike it anymore. It seems like you generate money by using underhanded methods. I cancelled the subcription with Jira. But Atlassian will not let me delete the account. Like what do I have to do to make sure I do not ever have to deal with you guys again. This is the worst service ever. I do not even leave comments or complain. This is my first ONLY because you REFUSE to let me delete my account.

Looks like you might have accidentally created a new cloud instance. From the billing section, you will be able to change the plan to "Free" tier in case you have signed up for a paid tier.
As a safety mechanism, Atlassian has introduced a delay from the time a user has requested a site to be deleted to the actual deletion date to prevent data loss in case someone changes their mind.
In free tier (< 10 users), there are no charges.
