Our Service Desk is integrated with Slack and has some automation around closing tickets after they've been in "Resolved" status or "Waiting for Customer" status for x number of days.
When this occurs, Slack will notify the team in our channel that a certain team member has closed the ticket. This is automation of course, as he didn't actually go into all the tickets and manually do this.
Trouble is, that team member has left our organization, and I cannot figure out how to switch admin that autocloses tickets to myself. How do I change this?
Are you using the inbuilt Project automation or "Automation for Jira" which is now integrated into the product. In case its "Automation for Jira" you can change the actor . Refer Playground example ->ServiceDesk->Auto Close old support issues
