I have a status called "Pending HR". I've configured approvals/denials on the status using the "Add approval" checkbox. When it is declined, it transitions (automatically) to "Waiting for customer". I want to add an auto-comment when this happens so the customer knows what needs to happen. Is there a specific script I can use to easily do this?
use Automation. It is pretty straight forward and the function should walk you thru the process. Basically something like this but the actual will depend on your workflow
Thanks! I actually went there first thinking it would be simple. I'm seeing when this happens "Approval Required" but Approval complete doesn't show up as an option.

Sam, as I mentioned your automation will be different based upon your scenario/workflow. You could just as easily replace the "approval complete" with when the issue transitions to the status associated w/ the decline.
