In Service Desk project allowed create users from incoming email.
Each new created user get rights to Jira Software.
How avoid this?
New user need to be only Service Desk customer.

It all ok if registered user become part of Service Desk project. Problem is that User become assigned - as allowed access Jira Software, which items of license = just other application.
