Hi,
Is there a functionallity that can be turned on so users can see each others requests?
Those users are same in group, and have access browse project security.
I tried to with old version jira JIRA Service Desk 3.2.7.
Best,
I agreed with @Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_ suggestion. In JSM, manually - one can add users (customers) as Request Participants via the Portal of his/her issues, or Agents can access the issues in the project issue view UI to add the Request Participants.
You can also check the "Customer permissions" via project settings of your JSM project (one at a time) to ensure "Customer sharing" is configure properly. Lastly, if you want customers to share new request automatically, you can click on "change the Global settings" link - check to see "Should new requests automatically be shared with a customer's organization?" section for the setup.
Hope this helps.

They have to add others as a participants by sharing the request with them or with an organisation.
I hope it helps.
