How can tickets be created that are recurring on a certain frequency, e.g. monthly?

We need to create tickets that should be closed upon completion, but are recurring on e.g. monthly basis. So after a month they should always be available without the need to recreate the tickets. How and with which product can this be done?

You can try to find an addon on the marketplace that that meets your needs or create a job that will run every month using the Jira REST API (on a linux machine for example).
