How can i set mail sending when SLA reach limit?

Two ways:

create an automation rule. It is pretty straight forward once you get in there and get started. This is good if you want individual email for each breach.
create filtered list of all issue breached and set up subscription for the list emailing to one or more users say every hour. Again simple to implement.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Where can i add an individual mail? I can only send to:

-Reporter

-Customer
