How can i change the design of login page of the help center using refined for JSM Data Center

That's my first time i use refined and i want to change the design of login page of the help center

I am using JIRA Service Desk - 4.13

It is possible to theme the log in and sign up page, read more on this here. 

Note that as of now it isn't possible to totally redesign the login and sign up pages though. If this is what you are going for, we'd love to learn more on what your are aiming to do - please reach out to our support with more details.
