×I've started an Internal Helpdesk project for Service Desk in JIRA 6.x and am trying to remove fields (e.g. components which we don't use) from the issue view screen that Agents will view / edit. I've tried creating all fields, screens, schemes, workflows etc from scratch but these extra unnecessary fields / tabs are still showing. Are we stuck with these taking up space and potentially or is there a simple way I'm missing to remove them?
