How can I track updates or comments per agent for all tickets?

We are working on individual metrics for our Service Desk Agents. We have some of the basic like Open tickets Closed Tickets MTTR. 

 

I would like to see how I would write the script for how many times our service desk agent adds updates or a comment in a ticket would like to track every 48 hours, Week, Monthly, yearly.

Not sure if this is helpful or not, but maybe a first step would be to see what issues have been updated in the last 48 hours. Something like:

commentedOn >= -48h
