How can I set my Support e-mail address in cc when I answer through Jira?

When answering to customer opened tickets, I'd like to have a rule that sends those answers via e-mail to a particular address (this is because we should Cc our support email).

Is it possible?

You could add your support email as a Customer to the project and add that ‘customer’ as a Request Participant to every issue using Automation triggering on the Issue Created event.
