try this...
Unfortunately I don't. I have a default project for most "generic" customers without any organization associated with them.
A new project I created does have its own organization and there are limited customers as part of the organization.
It sounded like I have to create organization for each customer group and then de-associate them from a project, correct?
Thanks.

yes you will need to click thru the individual customers and disassociate them w/ the project.
yes i would recommend using Organizations.
I'm a bit perplexed as to how you got all (?) of your customer from one project automatically in the other w/o organization being used. I'm not 100% positive here but as I recall when you add a single customer to a project it is added just to that project. If you add a new customer to and Organization it asks you if you want to add that person to all associated projects. I haven't been adding customers lately so my memory is a bit dated on this topic.
@Brittany Wispell, any further thoughts on this?

Only thing I can think of is there is a group in the permissions, or in the roles area.
I can't really think of anything else right now. I'll poke around and try and recreate the problem.

Hey @Alex Chao
Check your users & roles within your project and the permissions to make sure that the group isn't added to any of the permissions for the new project.

What if I don't have a group associated with these "generic" customers which we started initially. It sounded like I must create a group or organization in order for me to isolate them from a more restricted project. Is it correct?
