Under dashboards/projects my service desk board. I'm trying to add a mailbox ithelp under project settings - email requests.
We are using office365 and both pop and imap are enabled on the mailbox.
@Kody Kepple, welcome to the Community. Are you asking if you can use an O365 email address as your Custom email for JSD project? If so that certainly works. Below is an example of mine which is on Cloud but I would assume Server would also work.

I got everything to work. The firewall was blocking port 993.
