How Do I Create A List of Tickets Filed by that Customer on the Customer Service Desk Page

On the customer portal page there is only the option to create a request but not to view your requests. Is there a way to set up the portal so a customer can see their requests filed?

Jennifer,

  In the upper right hand corner next to the profile there should be a requests link. The requests link should have a my requests and all requests option that allows users to see the issues that they have submitted or issues they are a request participant on.
