We entered holidays for the remainder of the year and noticed after we saved the dates changed. We are using this in a 24/7 M-F format. Any advice on what's going on and how to resolve?

Hi @Jeanine Ramirez

Thanks for raising this, having holiday dates unexpectedly change after saving definitely sounds frustrating. This type of issue can occur due to limitations in JSM’s native SLA calendar settings, especially when working with complex schedules like 24/7 coverage limited to weekdays.

If you're open to using a Marketplace app, I recommend trying SLA Time and Report, developed by my team.

Our app provides a clear and reliable SLA calendar where you can:

✅ Set up business hours and holidays with full control
✅ Avoid timezone-related surprises - everything is displayed clearly and consistently
✅ Use multiple calendars across different teams or SLA goals
✅ Instantly visualize how holidays impact SLA timing

You can easily configure your SLA rules, monitor their progress in real time, and analyze performance with clear visual indicators, so you always know which requests are on track and which need attention, even with complex schedules.

Let me know if you’d like help getting started or have questions. I'd be happy to support!

Hi @Jeanine Ramirez welcome to the community!

That is pretty odd, the only thing I can think of is to check if the time zone on the SLA Calendar matches your business hours time zone. Then also check your personal Jira settings and make sure the time zone for your profile matches as well
