Hide "Don't Notify Me" Button on Customer Portal

Hello Community, Is there a way that I can hide Don't Notify Me Button on Customer Portal? We want our customers to be notified. Thank youCan scriptrunner do this thing? Any comments/suggestions are really much appreciated. Thank you

Hi Alvin,

We have an open feature request for this here:

This is actually controlled by the following module:

cr-unsubscribe-notification

You can try disabling this under Manage add-on and expanding JIRA Service Desk.  Disabling modules can cause unintended consequences, so I’d recommend you thoroughly test this out if you want to go this route.
