Hi, is it possible to change to change the scale in the customer satisfaction survey?

Currently is from 1 (sad emoticon) to 5 (happy). We would like to have numbers from 1 to 10.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The Jira Service Desk survey is very limited when it comes to customization. With that said, currently, it's not possible to change it from Star rating from 0 - 10.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

As an Admin, I want to be able to use a 0-10 point scale for CSAT
