Hi we are using JIRA for maintaining out service desk.We have 3 agents .I want to monitor my teams performance But i'm not able to access reports and i'm not able to view time to resolutions
You'll need to be an agent to get the full set of Service Desk functions.

The thing is I am the boss and I have three people working under me(who are JIRA agents) and I wish to submit their performance report to my senior management.
Is there any way i get to access the reports?
If not please tell what i should do?
