I have type, referenece key summary, service desk, status and reporter columns. I'd like to add the site to this as well. How do I do this? I see I can edit the request types, but not what is displayed in the customer side help center ticket list.
This is not possible at this time. There are suggestions open with Atlassian to support and I expect they ultimately will do so.
Thanks, I did some more searching and found a request has been submitted, added my vote and commented on it.
I realize now why a previous tech was adding the site name into the summary on our tickets.
