I am trying to import .csv file to create multiple subtasks at once and having issue in finding mapping Parent id. Where can i find the parent ID from JIRA change request. Is it the ticket ID like "ProjectName-Number"? Also what should i put in Issue key and Issue ID for subtasks?

Hello,

Upon importing the csv file connect Issue Id to the Issue Key field and Parent Id to the Parent Key in your csv file and it will also work.

Basically, you can use keys instead of ids.
