People in my team told me it's not possible but I just wanted to confirm it with the community. Is it possible to have custom filters in Service Desk? I would love to be able to sort tickets by Date Created, Date Modified but also any fields in the ticket form submission. For example, when people submit a ticket, they can enter a Country, Brand or whatever field. Would it be possible to filter tickets from those fields?
We are open to extensions.
You can certainly create filters for JSD projects. Just go to the advanced search and create/save your filter. Include whatever fields you wish. Then you can sort by clicking on the header field or enter the sorting criteria directly into the filter and save.
you might also look at doing this w/in a queue as well but might not be the best spot.
