HOW TO REMOVE THE OPTION HAS IT RESOLVED YOUR PROBLEM?

Due to the layout and the visibility of the images on the page, the view is impaired by this option. Is there any way to remove or hide? Is there also some way to modify the layout of the page?

Hi @Herbert Rodrigues,

this option is shown when you have a KB linked to your customer portal. I don't think you can disable or hide this option by default. Maybe you can hide it with some development.

If you want to change the layout of this page, you can try some apps such as Refined Theme from RefinedWiki. Maybe @Emil Sjödin [Refined] can give you more information.
