Hi,
i created my service within different projects. One project is dedicated to one customer.
In each project, i created accounts for people who need to raise tickets.
Some people would need to have an overview of all tickets raised by users within the same company.
I did not see/ understand exactly how groups could help me to manage access to provide expected rights.
Could you please help me ?

You could use the Organization feature:
