Im looking for a way to filter/ link issues in different projects based on their labels.

 

for example. 

If i labeled a issue in project "A" with "development", can I make an automation rule that clones the issue and has it show up in the development service desk/ project? can this automation apply across all projects to have any "development" labels show up
