Get the customer organization

I need to read the customer organization to show up or hidden certain values on Jira Service Desk, I see in this link https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/blog/GettingMoreOutOfJsd.html that I can read the organization from the Issue, but how can I read it from the customer?
