I have a help email account at my company and I want to just forward it to my service desk. Will that work?

What do you mean you want to forward your help email account to your service desk? Do you want to forward all mail from you help email account to your service desk account? If so, it would work. Service Desk would pick up your forwarded mail
Yes thats what I mean. The alternative I guess is to let Service Desk manage that mailbox thereby all mail comes from that email. Do I need to add Atlassian to my spf record or do they just use IMAP to maintain the mailbox?
