We are looking to create simple, customizable forms in Jira Service Management (Data Center). However, I see this functionality is only available as part of JSM Cloud.
Will this be available as part of JSM Data Center in the near future? Or will we need to install the ProForma/ProForma Lite plug-in?
There is a basic built-in form that comes with JSM. However, if you want something more robust, like conditional fields, you will need to install the ProForma app add-on - either paid or free.
