Of course, I've just found the answer myself... right after I posted the question here. -> I needed to configure the fields within the "Anfragetypen" as well, then it worked :)

Hi,
I'm currently trying to understand and configure a Service Desk Project (in future to be used with our customers).
I created the following screen:
Futhermore I defined the mask for the different views (create, edit, open)
But unfortunately the fields shown in the service desk portal (on create and further) are not correct. The red ones are totally missing and the blue ones are in the wrong order and only shown after the flag "mandatory" was set.
Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance :)
