I am on the cloud version. My customers are logging into the portal. When I close a ticket - they are unable to see my note that states why we are closing the ticket. Am I able to customize the portal so that the note fields show for the customer?

Looks like we've got two things going on here:
Service Desk customers can access other customer's portal!
If a user is seeing another user's requests, it's likely because they are in an organization with the user.

To communicate with the customer, you should be using the Comments (set to Public for the customer to see). Customers won't see custom fields that aren't displayed on the request.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
