Is there an option for Customers to Export their Issues to Excel when they log into the Portal?
Is there a way to automatically notify/share the incident with other Customers in the Organization when an issue is created ?

Customers are grouped into organizations, if any of the Customers add an issues is there a way to automatically share it with the full organization without using the Share or Notify option manually.

Nope, they can be able to see all the issues that they have been raised by the portal.

While creating an issue from portal the requester has to add the share with organization or requester has to add the request participants manually then only they will the issue will be shared with them.
Think if the automatic option will be there to share then why Atlassian will provide share option over there, its given for sharing purpose only.
