We have setup SLAs in Service Desk which show up nicely in the ticket:

However, for reporting we need to export this data to Excel to show how long we have gone past SLA or something, but the data does not seem to be there. Excel shows the dreaded #VALUE! in the exported field.
Is there anyway to export this data?
The actual field data is a set of JSON which contains relevant transition information. As such, there is no good way to export it to Excel at this time. The good news is that this is a known issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-149 and is currently being worked on.
