Export Tickets to Xls (Portal)

On the User Portal, I need to be able to export the tickets that the user sees to xls, csv, or txt.
Is this possible? Is there any Add-On?

The user portal doesnt expose the JQL functionality , where you get the option to download the issue list . 

 

However you could go to Jira->Issues->Search  and enter JQL with your Project name to get the list which can be downloaded.

In case you need advanced reports you could use  the Reporting plugin for ServiceDesk

Actually, I wanted to know if it is possible that the user from the Portal, can have a tool to export the tickets.
That is, without the need to have an agent, who provides the information.
