A little more difficult in Cloud as you can't easily check the logs to see what the error related to.
Is this error just for yourself? Does it happen in all views (eg. the ticket detail view)?
I've heard of issues where images are over the file limit for your environment so fail to load. You might want to also check the attachment permissions for your environment. You can check both using the instructions listed here.
There also have been instances where an add-on blocks images from loading - see this answer for an example.

First of all thanks for your answer.
I have followed the proposed indications and reviewed the configuration of the application, but the attachments in Jira Service Desk still do not work.
We have also noticed that in occasions, when attacking an image to the comment, it is shown in real size (not thumbnail).
Cases have been detected where the original comments are also not shown.
