Equivalent to "Alert User" from Automation in new Automation for Jira?

Attempting to move an old automation from the old version of Automation to the new and I can't find anything similar to "Alert User" as an action. I see mentions of it in the Cloud version, but I'm not seeing it in Data Center. Is there a way of accomplishing @Mentions in the new Automation?

What is the flow of the automation? What is the trigger?

There are several actions that might satisfy your need.

The Comment On Issue action would allow you to mention a user in a Comment. (see this post)

The Manage Watchers action would allow you to add a user to the Watchers of an issue for future updates.

The Send Email action allow you to send a message to a user.
