End of Snipe-IT beta integration on September 30th

On September 30th, 2019, the beta integration for Snipe-IT and Jira Service Desk Cloud will be discontinued. To provide a sustainable path forward, we partnered with a Marketplace vendor so you can bring Snipe-IT assets into Jira Service Desk.

We built the beta version of the Snipe-IT integration to help customers resolve issues more efficiently. Unfortunately, we are now unable to provide a satisfactory level of support and capabilities, and have come to the tough decision to discontinue the beta integration.

If you want to retain access to your Snipe-IT assets in Jira, you can install a new paid app by a top Atlassian Marketplace vendor, codefortynine.

After September 30th the Snipe-IT for Jira Service Desk beta integration will stop working. Please feel free to reach out to us here if you have any questions or concerns.
